BUSY At Work provide a wide range of services including recruitment and apprenticeship support services, employment and community services.

A bit about you...
The purpose of this position is to promote and deliver the services of BUSY At Work’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Network; by generating Australian Apprenticeships commencements through business development and account management activities.

As an Apprenticeship Field Officer, you will develop business relationships with Employers, Apprentices, Registered Training Organisations, Schools, Job Network agencies and other stakeholders; fostering these relationships to ensure sustainable performance outcomes.

Based in Toowoomba, you will be given tools of the trade (Phone, Laptop & Vehicle) where you will also undertake contact visits to employers and apprentices/trainees where required; and participate as a member of an extended service team.

This role is being offered on a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2022

If you possess superb communication skills, focusing on developing sustainable working relationships, have demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, established history working to and exceeding targets, have previous experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) or other related Vocational Education and Training (VET) organisation and above all, your values align with ours, then we highly recommend you visit;
